Prague Securities Centre Transferred Registers |

Prague Securities Centre (hereinafter „the SCP“), under the relevant clauses of the Act on Business Activities on the Capital Market, successfully finished the process of the transfer of the SCP registers as well as of the ISB (Information Service Broker) system to the Central Securities Depository Prague (hereinafter “the CDCP”) on 2 July 2010.
From this date the SCP terminated its operation under the present law. The expected date of the opening of the CDCP operation following the takeover of the SCP registers is Wednesday, 7 July 2010. |

Information of the transfer of the SCP records to CSD Prague |

On 30 March 2010, the Ministry of Finance and the Central Securities Depository Prague Company (hereinafter "the CDCP“) approved the document "Project of the SCP Records Transfer“ (hereinafter "the Project“), following the contract on the SCP records transfer, concluded on 8 December 2009 and , among others, confirming the deadline of the transfer of the SCP records to the CDCP at the beginning of July this year - see Press Release
The time schedule of the transition period of the SCP records transfer and the commencement of the CDCP operation (last week in June and first week in July) will be disclosed in May on the SCP websites. |

Upgraded service Account Availability in the SCP |

2.12.2009 – Středisko cenných papírů on its web information portal ISB (Information Service Broker) upgraded a new free service – Verification of the Account Availability in the SCP – with some additional information. Using this service enables natural persons (individuals) to verify, on the basis of inserted Birth Number, whether they have an active account in the SCP. The novelty is that the application displays the fact that the account has been searched out in the files of Keeping the register of open-end mutual fund certificates produced and operated by issuers, together with the information specifying the particular files of the Keeping the register of open-end mutual fund certificates. New websites of the SCP |

27.11.2009 – Středisko cenných papírů (Prague Securities Centre) switches over to a new design of its websites in the framework of the integration of current SCP and ISB websites by 30 November 2009. One of the core changes is splitting of the website into two parts - the Public Area and the Registered Area. The Registered Area comprises information for the contracting partners of the SCP, who actively use its system. The registration is necessary for the access to the Registered Area. Operating instructions (user manuals) as well as other information for the companies being in contractual relations with the SCP are available in the Registered Area. Entering into the area is enabled via clicking on the option Login/Logout at the right site of the website. We hope you will find our new websites functioning to your satisfaction.

Verification of the Account Availability in the SCP |

31.8.2009 – Prague Securities Centre (Středisko cenných papírů) has enabled the access to the new free service “Verification of the Account Availability in the SCP“ on its web information portal ISB (Information Service Broker) recently. Through the use of this service the individuals (i.e. natural persons) may verify on the basis of inserted Birth Number, whether they have an active holder account in the SCP. In the next step – i.e. after inserting of the Registration Number of the respective account – it is possible to verify and print out non-key data of the account owner, registered in the SCP (i.e. his/her Name, Surname, Domicile Address). The service searches the information based on the data inserted by the respective client. Complete description of the service is available here. The SCP is not liable for the correctness of the inserted data. The searched out information is relevant for the preceding day. |
